Asbury Inn Updates

Published Date: March 25, 2014

Asbury Inn (formerly known as Beeson Manor) has undergone significant changes in the past several years including renovations to guest rooms, bathrooms and guest HVAC system. This past year, Breakfastwe overhauled the lobby and the Asbury Inn Commons. In the lobby, we replaced the carpet with ceramic tile and built a new front desk, which now includes a coffee bar and bakery case. In the Commons, we laid new carpet, added some new paint, installed a 55” HDTV, and built a brand-new breakfast bar, complete with an island. We also boosted our breakfast offerings to include hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and granola. We believe these changes have contributed to our TripAdvisor™ Certificate of Excellence which we received in 2013.

Fitness CenterRecent guests have, also, appreciated our new in-house fitness center (located right next to the Business Center), which includes rubber flooring, an elliptical machine, treadmill, weight bench, adjustable dumbbells, and wall-mounted television. Complimentary towel service is, also, available.

As we look to the future, the William House renovation is well underway. Upon completion in fall of 2014, we will add 22 guest suites to our overall inventory, which will allow us to better host guests for conferences, retreats, meetings, graduations and weddings. Should you desire to plan such an event on our campus, please call Christine Endicott, Wedding and Event Coordinator, at 859.858.2129.Commons

We look forward to welcoming you the next time your travels bring you back to Wilmore!
